Les Argonautes is a workshop founded by Isabelle Ferlay (1917- ) and Frédérique Bourguet (1925-1997) in 1953 in Vallauris and will close its doors following the death of Frédérique.
An integral part of the golden age of Vallauris, Les Argonautes are known for their decorative plaques in low and high relief, their large vases and sculptures inspired by fauna and flora, mermaids and religious figures.
