This striking vintage wall-mounted coat hanger embodies iconic 1970s Space Age design, inspired by atomic forms and the Sputnik aesthetic. A bent chromed metal tube supports a sculptural central rugby-shaped sphere, from which eight chromed pegs radiate outward, each finished with a spherical tip in cream-colored plastic.
Both functional and sculptural, this statement piece recalls designs by Osvaldo Borsani for Tecno Italy and brings bold midcentury character to any hallway, entryway, or bedroom. Its playful yet architectural form fits seamlessly into modern, retro, or eclectic interiors.
