This is a beautiful vintage Space Age set by the German quality brand Schönbuch, designed by Jurgen Lange in the 1970s. All objects are finished in an iconic, glossy olive green color.
The set shown consists of the following design pieces:
1. Schönbuch "Quadro" Chest of Drawers
Designer: Jurgen Lange.
Features: A sleek, synthetic (Formica/ABS) chest of drawers with characteristic integrated, semi-circular handles. The cabinet is in good condition, apart from some scratches and minor damage. Please see the photos for details. The cabinet measures 51.5 cm by 42 cm and is 71 cm high on wheels.
2. Large Round Wall Mirror
Brand: Schönbuch.
Dimensions: The outer rim has a diameter of ø68 cm, and the mirror itself is ø54 cm. The thick synthetic frame gives the mirror a striking depth on the wall. The mirror has 2 small damages on the outer edge. Please see the detail photos for details.
3. Space Age Candle Holders / Coat Hooks
Brand: Schönbuch.
Features: The matching 4 wall hooks are mounted on the chest of drawers. These also have scratches and signs of use. Please see the detail photo for details.
Despite the damage, the set is in good condition overall. We brought this set from Germany. It is truly special to have the set so complete!
