Beautiful and iconic Space Age design pendant lamp, produced in the 1960s/70s by the German manufacturer B+L Leuchten (Bünte & Remmler). A rare and sought-after vintage item that immediately makes a statement in any Mid-Century Modern, retro, or eclectic interior. The lamp is constructed from layered, bright orange aluminum slats/discs that overlap in a stepped manner. At its heart lies a sphere of high-quality white opal glass (milk glass). This unique design creates a stunning lighting effect: a warm, diffuse glow downwards and subtle indirect ambient light shining through the slats.
