Product description
A lovely vintage Space Age armchair in orange teddy bear, produced by FM (Formule Meubelen) in the 1970s. This retro orange chair is clearly inspired by the Tulip chair by Eero Saarinen for Knoll International.
This chair is often considered Space Age due to its futuristic use of curves and artificial materials. The chair is made of creamy white leatherette and orange teddy bear fabric, while the tulip base is made of cast aluminum with a white powder coating.
This armchair is in very good vintage condition.
The orange armchair is 71.5 cm high, 57 cm wide, and 56 cm deep. The seat height is 37.5 cm and the seat depth is 45.5 cm.
The vintage armchair can be picked up at our vintage warehouse in Rijen.
