Christoph Böninger studied industrial design in Munich and Los Angeles and designed the world's first notebook, which is now on display in Munich. After his first professional years in Munich, Böninger moved to New York to set up design for Siemens in the USA. Until 2006, he held various leading positions in design management and as Managing Director at Siemens. At the same time, he continued to devote himself to furniture design. In 2010, he founded Auerberg, an independent author label for designers and architects.The stool is in very good condition. However, vintage items may show some slight signs of use such as unobtrusive scratches and other signs of time.
