The "Sähkö" sticker literally means "electric" in Finnish. The brand logo with the large "M" refers to a Finnish lamp manufacturer that produced many wooden designer lamps in the 1960s–1980s, inspired by Scandinavian folk art and modernism. Dating Based on: • Plug type • Wood finish • Shape of the frosted glass shade • Scandinavian minimalism • Use of round ventilation holes This lamp almost certainly dates from around 1970–1980.
