Vintage storage pouf/ottoman in classic Chesterfield style. This mid-century piece of furniture is in neat, original condition and features an inner container. Provenance & History: The original paper factory label is present on the underside. The pouf was produced by B.V. Meubelfabriek Futura between 1940 and 1955. The handwritten label points to the historic furniture store Hootsen Interieur in Veenendaal, where the pouf was sold at the time. Specifications and Condition: * Material: Brown faux leather with tufted buttons and pleats. * Base: Particle board base on four wooden legs. * Condition: The faux leather is free of tears and all buttons are still present. The inner container is clean. The furniture shows light signs of wear due to the passage of time, including a few superficial paint splatters on the faux leather that can be removed. * Height: 34 cm * Diameter / Width: 50 cm Collection is possible. ------------------------------
