Product description
Nice piece of a dog statue depicting a German Shepherd. The statue was produced by the Royal Dux company in the 1960s in Czechoslovakia, one of the leading manufacturers of porcelain figurines at the time. The German Shepherd was an iconic breed of the communist era, as it was often used as a guard dog by the police, national guard and as a symbol of strength. This sculpture is in excellent condition with no wear and tear. Marked by the producers mark on the bottom.
