Magnificent sculptural brooch by Pierre Cardin, dating from the 1960s. This iconic "Space Age" piece features a domed structure offering exceptional relief and captivating plays of light. The brushed metal (Florentine finish) alternates between a warm, coppery amber gold and a cool, silvery rhodium, all enhanced by a pavé setting of sparkling crystals. Technical details: Signature: Pierre Cardin plaque on the back. Dimensions: Approximately 4.5 cm in diameter. Weight: 28 grams (Dense stitching quality). Condition: Very good cosmetic condition. Note: The clasp, while still functional, is old and shows some fragility; it should be replaced if worn daily. A new clasp would also allow it to be worn as a statement pendant.
