A magnificent example of the Pastoe "Made to Measure" modular wall unit, designed by Cees Braakman in the 1950s and 1960s. This modular system, consisting of 11 separate parts, is an absolute icon of Dutch Design.
It is a timeless masterpiece that fits perfectly in a modern, vintage, or mid-century interior.
This specific configuration is very complete.
Top & Middle: Three sleek white cabinet modules with double doors and characteristic metal handles.
Display: An elegant right-hand section with smoked glass doors, and above it a pull-out shelf for an LP player.
Open compartments: Perfect for books or as a display space for art and decorations. The largest open compartment fits a TV.
Base: A solid base with wide white drawers that give the whole a calm and floating appearance.
The combination of the warm wood (walnut) with the minimalist white lacquered fronts makes this piece a real eye-catcher.
Because the system is completely modular, you can also assemble the elements in a different order using the included connectors. All elements can also be placed individually.
