Product description
Decorative vintage jewellery or trinket tray featuring two sculptural palm trees, dating approximately from the 1970s–1980s. The oval base depicts a small tropical island, with textured rocky details, starfish and shells. Two three-dimensional palm trees rise from the base, with finely embossed individual leaves and articulated, natural-looking crowns. Finished in a warm gold-tone metallic finish, now showing an attractive aged patina and areas of wear that enhance its vintage character. A wonderfully decorative piece with a strong Hollywood Regency / Palm Beach aesthetic, perfect as a jewellery tray, catchall for keys and small objects, or simply as a sculptural decorative accent. Good vintage condition, with visible signs of age, oxidation and wear to the finish, as shown in the photographs. No restoration has been carried out.
