Large oil painting on canvas depicting an exotic bird on a colorful background, titled "Wise Bird Strategy" and dated 1980. This painting is the epitome of 1980s American interiors, with its pastel shades and bright colors. A true work of art from the 1980's FloridaPalm Beach and Miami. Framed in a thin wood panel. Provenance Shilton International.Richard Frank was born in Britain and moved to the United States at the age of thirteen. He studied architecture at the University of Florida and painting and drawing at the Tyler School of Art and John F. Kennedy University, where he received his MFA and BFA degrees. Over the years, Frank has held positions as a museum curator, university professor, gallery director, and public television art host. Frank has participated in numerous exhibitions in the United States and Europe, and has received numerous awards and two Florida State Artist Fellowships.
