Product description
Vintage oil on canvas painting of Lena and the Swan from 1956. Beautiful artwork depicting a naked woman and swan looking at each other. This type of artwork is derived from Leda and the Swan a story from Greek mythology, where Zeus transformed himself into a Swan to enslave Leda the queen of Sparta. It is an oil on canvas with a signature in the lower right corner that is unfortunately unclear and dated '56. It is in good condition with the original wooden frame.
Dimensions: 106.5 cm wide, 88 cm high and 6 cm deep.
