Product description
A very stylish and unique pendant lamp, designed in 1972 by Danish designer Hans Due for Fog & Mørup. The Optima, as the model is called, has a very unique design, made in a Space Age style. The lamp, also known as a UFO lamp, has a wide, flat disc as a shade with a smaller metal disc underneath, which is red on the inside. The rest of the lamp is white. Highly decorative but also functional, it provides a beautiful warm light and, thanks to its design, won't obstruct the view when dining with others. The lamp was made in various sizes; this specific model is the largest, with a diameter of 60 cm. The lamp is still in good condition, with only minor signs of wear consistent with its age. Completely original, comes with a ceiling rose and cord.
