Vintage "Onde" Glass and Silver-Plated Pitcher by Sergio Asti for Arnolfo di Cambio (1960s)
Description: Beautiful mid-century modern "Onde" (Waves) series carafe, designed by Sergio Asti and manufactured by Arnolfo di Cambio in Italy during the 1960s. This striking piece features a heavy, transparent ribbed glass body with horizontal concentric rings and a sleek silver-plated upper section incorporating the handle, lid, and pouring spout.
Condition report: The pitcher is in excellent vintage condition with minor signs of wear consistent with age and use. The glass is perfectly intact with no chips or cracks, and the silver plating retains a wonderful shine. Please note that the internal glass ice cylinder chamber is missing. However, the pitcher remains fully functional and stands as a beautiful collector's item.
