About Bowie Sideboard
The old color of this piece of furniture was orange-brown. For the upgrade, a walnut color was chosen to give the sideboard a more New Vintage look. The furniture was cleaned two to three times beforehand, giving the oak wood a light color again. Next, three coats of stain were applied, and the furniture was protected with a layer of matte varnish.
Modern vintage look!
The old marble top has been replaced with a new marble top: travertine. The finish of the top has been honed, giving it a semi-matte appearance. This top gives the classic piece of furniture a modern twist. The old classic handles have been replaced with new polished brass handles that will last for years to come. These handles also give the furniture a contemporary look.
