Beautiful vintage Murano glass bowl from the 1960s–1970s, crafted in clear glass with a deep green core. The piece is hand-blown and displays the classic bullicante technique, in which small air bubbles are trapped in regular patterns within the glass.
The organic, triple lobe shape is typical of Mid-Century Modern design from Murano and exhibits strong stylistic features of Flavio Poli for Seguso Vetri d’Arte.
Originally designed as an ashtray, but nowadays primarily loved as a decorative bowl or vide-poche. A heavy, high-quality piece with beautiful light reflections.
Condition: very good, no chips, no signs of use
