Description: Graceful and elegant vintage brass sculpture of a ballerina with arms extended upwards and an elegantly bent back leg. This modernist-designed piece stands out with its dynamic, flowing lines and refined minimalist aesthetic, which fits beautifully within a modern, mid-century, or Hollywood Regency interior. The sculpture is made of solid brass and stands stably on a round base. This piece has been intentionally kept unpolished, allowing the brass to develop a stunning, deep, and dark vintage patina over the years. This characteristic 'antique brass' appearance gives the sculpture a lived-in, warm atmosphere that comes into its own perfectly on a dresser or side table. Should you prefer a shiny gold look, the brass can, of course, easily be polished back to a high gloss using copper polish.
