Very comfortable F978 Lounge Chair.
This popular chair is designed by the famous Geoffrey Harcourt for Artifort in the 60's, this particular piece is fabricated in the late 90's.
The immaculate white bucket seat with metal tulip shaped base form a tasteful combination with the red leather upholstery.
Especially smart about this design is the fact that people with all kinds of different length confirm that the seating comfort of this chair is great, which is quite unique.
This pivoting chair has the original high quality red leather, this is in very good condition,
The fiberglass base and foot have the normal using spots, see the pictures.
The Dutch manufacturer Artifort gained world fame in the 1950s and 1960s by working together with major design talents such as Theo Ruth, Pierre Paulin, Kho Liang Ie and Geoffrey Harcourt.
