This elegant mirror with matching wall console is a design by the renowned Belgian manufacturer Deknudt, dating from the 1960s or 70s. The set is distinguished by its refined Hollywood Regency design, characterized by graceful leaf motifs and a lush appearance typical of this style period.
Both pieces are crafted from gold-colored metal and feature mirror glass. The mirror has an elegant arched top and is decorated all around with detailed metal leaves and curls. The accompanying semicircular console repeats this decorative motif and offers a glass shelf for displaying small objects. The original Deknudt brand label is still partially present on the mirror glass, confirming the authenticity of the set.
The set is in good vintage condition. Over the years, the metal has developed an authentic patina that contributes to the character of the pieces. The construction is intact and the mirrors are clear.
