Product description
A gorgeous & luxurious solid malachite and brass (jewellery) box from the 1960s. This vintage hand crafted trinket is a gem (pun intended ;-)); it is made from high quality malachite and has brass rims with malachite inlays across the body, a solid malachite lid on top and is lined with brass on the inside. It wonderfully shows the gemstones natural swirling patterns in varying vibrant green hues. This rare piece is great for storing jewels, crystals and several other priced possessions. Measurements (approximately) Width 10,3 cm Height 5,2 cm Weight 604 grams
In lovely previously used condition showing some patination to the brass. The lid has some glue residu and is missing one piece of malachite on the inside; invisible at first glance and does not affect the lids function.
