Vintage majolica (ceramic) pâté terrine with lid in the shape of a deer, designed by the French designer Michel Caugant. Hand-painted with glossy brown and green details. Caugant designed these terrines in the 1950s and 60s for his father's pâté, where the shape of the animal corresponded to the contents.
