Barchetta is a stunning large lamp made in the early 1950s in the heart of Murano by skilled glass blowers. This precious piece is composed of a multitude of handmade Murano flowers carefully screwed onto a white lacquered metal structure. These two pieces were found in a beautiful attic in the city of Bergamo, where they were used as wall sconces. Because of their large size, they decorated the walls entirely. They can also be fixed to the ceiling and used as recessed lamps. The lamp comes with the original electrical parts made of refined ceramic (parts that are nowadays replaced by cheap plastic parts) and can accommodate 2 ordinary E27 bulbs. The price refers to one lamp (2 pieces available at the moment). The glass flowers are in perfect condition and the metal structure shows tiny signs of the past time.A pastel colored decorative lamp that will gracefully decorate your special environment like a flowery field.
