Very rare set of four IKEA Kadett chairs!
What makes this set extra unique is that pockets were later put on the side of the upholstery.
A true design classic, the 1969 "Kadett" chair by Tomas Jelinek for IKEA is an iconic piece of furniture in the Bauhaus style. The chair combines a sleek silhouette of chromed metal with a beige canvas seat and back, and a loose seat cushion for extra comfort.
With its beautiful design and signature cantilever construction, this chair is an absolute must-have for lovers of minimalist, functional design.
Structurally, the chairs are in good vintage condition with slight signs of use, however, they need some refurbishment: professional cleaning, fabric fraying here and there (easy to fix, no holes or the like), loose buttons, but only present and new floor glides under the frame.
