Product description
Beautiful covered pot in thick brass, handcrafted in India, vintage 1960s-1980s. It features an elegant, rounded baluster shape adorned with a twisted design alternating between a golden and burnished patina. Its matching domed lid is topped with a slender pointed handle, reinforcing its orientalist silhouette. Uncommon.
Height 21cm with lid, 12cm without lid, maximum diameter approximately 14cm. Very good overall condition, with a few subtle and harmonious signs of age, including minor wear to the patina, small stains, and fine scratches from use. Original patina, uncleaned to avoid damaging the brown patina. Weight approximately 700-800g.
