This highboard is an original from the 1960s. The cabinet consists of one construction element and has a high-quality finish. The surfaces are clad with Makoré (African pear tree) and birch veneer. The handles and lock applications are made of brass.
Two keys are included.
In the center is a vertically aligned display cabinet with two glass shelves for decorations. Access is via two sliding glass doors with decorative gold trim. Two drawers with flower-shaped handles are fitted underneath. There is a swing door on the left and right. The storage space behind them is divided by two or three wooden shelves.

The piece of furniture is basically stable, functional and has no damage. Signs of use are present. To be mentioned are: slight deformation and discoloration of the decorative strips.
➡️ Reconditioning:
The furniture has been thoroughly cleaned. Light restoration work has been carried out; the lid and side panels have been refurbished. We clean and treat all other wooden surfaces intensively with specially purified linseed oil in combination with an odorless and residue-free hydrocarbon solvent. This method is recommended by restorers.
