A piece of absolute rarity for collectors of Gucci's baroque era. This belt features the famous 'Sunface' (Solar Face) motif, reminiscent of the opulence of late 20th-century Italian creations. Design: Anthropomorphic solar medallions linked by fluted links. Aesthetic similar to early Versace collections. Dimensions: 70 cm + 15 cm extension (Total 85 cm). Weight: 207 grams. Authenticity: GG & 'ITALY' marking present. The patina of the hallmark testifies to its age and authentic vintage character. The clasp features the interlocking GG logo, created by Aldo Gucci in homage to his father Guccio. Marking "ITALY". Condition: Very good vintage condition. A micro-chip (see photo) is to be noted, totally invisible when worn thanks to the natural reflections of the gilding.
