Product description
Unique table/floor lamp, designed by Karin Korn for Beleuchtungsglaskombinat Görlitz in the 1960's.
Produced in Eastern Germany near the border of Poland. Beautifully made mushroom shaped lamp entirely made of one single piece of thick glass. Featuring a bright white primary color in combination with a cinammon brown leg and a sea green base. This lamp was produced as a pride piece that would rival the Murano supremacy on the "mushroom glass lamps" market, and by the looks and manufacturing quality, they have surpassed the Murano craftsmanship. The lamp is absolutely seamless, all the colored glass parts flowing seamlessly from top to bottom, presenting the highest grade of manufacture quality and design. In one word, impeccable.
It radiates a warm and diffuse light from the white top, combined with a very pleasant shade of cinnamon to the top of the leg.
All authentic parts and in absolutely perfect, museum like condition.
Uses one E27 light bulb... for a warmer/goldish light, 2700K or less LED light bulb need be used, while for a whiter/colder light, 4000K or higher LED light bulb can be used.
