A beautiful design classic from the 80s! This iconic DES2021 lounge armchair was designed by Gerard van den Berg for Rohé Noordwolde. A real eye-catcher for the vintage design enthusiast. The chair is wonderfully comfortable and has the well-known rugged, casual look. Condition of the armchair: Rattan shell: Still in good and sturdy condition. No damaged or broken parts in the weaving, which is unique for its age! Leather cushions: Over the years, the black leather has acquired a lived-in look and has discolored somewhat (beautiful vintage patina). The leather can potentially be made deep black again with a color restorer or leather balm, but it has precisely that characteristic vintage look as it is now. Frame: The metal base is sturdy and stable. A beautiful piece of furniture with character that will last for years to come.
