This G-Plan Fresco sideboard is an iconic piece of British mid-century design, originally manufactured in the 1970s. Part of the highly successful Fresco range designed by Victor Wilkins, this unit features the signature contoured "smiling" wooden handles and rich teak veneers that made G-Plan a household name in quality furniture.
This particular piece has been updated with sleek aftermarket black hairpin legs, giving it a contemporary "floating" industrial look while providing a higher profile perfect for modern living spaces.
Condition & Character
The sideboard is preserved in its original vintage condition, showing an honest patina developed over the last five decades.
Surface: There is a visible sun mark on the top surface where an object likely sat for many years, as well as minor signs of use typical for its age. Please review the photos for a detailed look.
Storage: The unit offers ample storage with two large cupboards and a bank of three central drawers, the top one featuring the original cutlery dividers and felt lining.
