Vintage Mid-Century Chest of Drawers / Sideboard – Attributed to Silvio Cavatorta / SC Roma – Ca. 1950s
Beautiful vintage chest of drawers in warm wood veneer, featuring 6 spacious drawers and characteristic dark metal handles.
The design bears a very strong resemblance to the famous furniture by Italian designer Silvio Cavatorta for SC Roma from the 1950s. The original model was also produced as a dressing table/sideboard with a metal base and mirror.
This particular piece is the standalone wooden cabinet without the base and mirror. No visible manufacturer's mark or label was found; therefore, the furniture is cautiously offered as attributed to Cavatorta / SC Roma.
Dimensions: Approx. 189 cm wide × 48 cm deep × 53 cm high.
Good vintage condition with normal signs of use and age. Drawers are clean and function well. Asking price: €500
