Wonderful Louis XV style chest of drawers in massive blond cherry wood from the 70s. Extensive wood carvings - and a wooden marquetry top - moulded edges and cut-out accolade on the front.
This piece of furniture opens with three drawers of identical depths, arranged in three rows, and assembled in dovetails.
Their fronts are animated, like the top that overhangs them. Each of these drawers has a fictitious lock entry and two drawer handles in rocaille spirit bronze.
The drawer cabinet rests on two front legs finished in snails and 2 slightly curved back legs.
This chest of drawers, full of simplicity in the positive sense - will be particularly appreciated for the pretty honey hue of its cherry wood - a wonderful wood color.
Versatile - perfect size - large storage capacity - an authentic piece of furniture for your home.
Good vintage condition - age-related signs of wear on the surfaces edges and legs - as well as a slight crack in the wood on one side - as shown in the pictures.
