Vintage French Aubusson-style tapestry by Jules Pansu, dating from the 1970s/80s. This beautiful and decorative tapestry, modeled after an 18th-century example, hangs in the Château de Chevreuse. It depicts a romantic view of a castle with two herons in a stream. It is titled "Le Lignon" and made by the renowned French company Point de L'Halluin. Tapestries from this company are always certified and numbered 1775 on the back. Hanging strips are also included.
