This vintage design desk lamp presents a striking geometric silhouette characteristic of late twentieth-century lighting. Heavily inspired by the postmodern Memphis Milano movement, the piece features a distinctive conical base and matching shade, connected by slender, articulated counterweight arms that allow for precise directional lighting.
The lamp features three independent knee joints, allowing it to be adjusted into countless different positions while holding its stance perfectly. It operates on a 230V mains supply, with an integrated transformer in the base that reduces the voltage to 12V for the halogen system, switchable between two different brightness levels.
Dimensions:
Length: 60 cm
Height: 60 cm
Depth: 13 cm
Condition:
The lamp is in great, fully functional vintage condition. Mechanically and electrically, it is in excellent working order. To ensure complete transparency, please note two minor vintage details:
The slender metal directional rod (the small steering handle on the shade) is missing. This is purely cosmetic and does not affect the functionality or stability of the lamp.
There is a single, very minor superficial scratch near the switch on the base, which is barely noticeable.
A highly sculptural and functional addition to any modern home office, study, or vintage design interior.
