Maker: Emsa (a German company).
Style: The jug has a striking conical, geometric design and is often described as belonging to the postmodern style, with influences from the Memphis Design movement which was popular in the 1980s.
Age: The item was produced in the 1980s, during the period when Germany was still divided (West Germany).
The thermos is made of plastic and has a glass interior (glass filler) to keep drinks hot or cold.
Nearly 50 years old but in very good condition (just some scratches on the bottom (on the 'foot' of the jug) - no stains on interior glass.
