Vintage plate Tenera series by Kari Christense designed in the 1960s by Nils Thorsson (1898-1975) for Aluminia, a factory whose name disappeared in 1969, to be replaced by Royal Copenhagen. The motifs in this series were designed by other artists. For example, the very graphic blue decoration on this dish, dating from 1969, is by Norwegian artist Kari Christensen (1938-1997).
