intage dining room set, designed by Danish top designer Rainer Daumiller for Hirtshals Savvaerk, 1970s.
The set consists of an extendable dining table, 3 chairs with armrests and 2 chairs without armrests.
A special and rare set. Executed in solid pine with matte clear finish.
The dining table has a 5cm thick solid pine top with beautifully visible wood grain and rounded edges. Ornate leg, beautifully organically shaped. The table is easily extended by the intermediate leaf. Ideal if you live smaller and receive regular visitors.
The chairs are beautifully organically shaped. Beautiful curved back with a beautiful pattern of wood grains. The chairs have a pleasant seat, partly due to the slightly tilted back. Beautiful wood joints and design of the armrests, high quality design.
The set is in neat condition and has no damage apart from some superficial scratches on the legs. A special set as an eye-catcher in a store, catering business or of course just at home. The set is offered as a whole.
