Minimalist desk designed by Cees Braakman for UMS Pastoe, Netherlands in the 1960s. This desk has both right and left drawer blocks with four black plastic handles and each block with four curved plywood "anti dust" drawers. Both drawer blocks can be locked with the keys provided. The top is floating and the desk can stand freely in the room because the back is also beautifully veneered with teak. This minimalist designed desk is attributed to the Japanese series. The desk has been professionally restored, some repairs (chips) to the drawer and side. The top completely reworked and given teak oil and multiple coats of lacquer. Material: Teak veneer, black metal frame, plastic handles.
