Product description
Striking vintage Space Age pendant lamp in glossy red, presumably from the 1970s. The lamp features a semi-circular red plastic shade with a transparent plastic diffuser with a textured relief at the bottom, creating a typical futuristic look from that period.
Probably of Belgian manufacture, possibly in the style of Liro or Massive. The design is reminiscent of other Space Age models from the 60s/70s (e.g. Staff Leuchten).
The lamp is made of plastic, both the red shade and the transparent lower part. Inside is a circular fluorescent bulb. A beautiful decorative object for a vintage, retro, or space-age interior.
Light signs of wear consistent with age, including a mini crack at the bottom.
