Product description
This is a vintage writing desk designed by Peter Løvig Nielsen for Løvig in the 1960s. The piece is a classic example of mid-century Danish design, characterised by its clean lines and functional elegance. Constructed from teak, the desk features a warm brown tone and a distinctive grain pattern. It offers ample storage with two banks of three drawers, each equipped with sculpted wooden pulls. The reverse side includes open shelving, allowing the desk to be positioned freely within a room. A manufacturer's mark and the year 1976 are stamped on the underside. The desk remains in good condition, retaining its original finish and structural integrity. The teak wood has developed a natural patina over time, adding to its character.
