Product description
Beautiful vintage teak bookcase, made by Torben B Nielsen for Westergaard Møbelfabrik. This lovely cabinet was purchased directly in Denmark and brought to the Netherlands.
Period: 1960s.
Dimensions: 87x30x124cm.
Features an open upper section and a closed section with two sliding doors and adjustable shelves. Marked.

Westergaard Møbelfabrik was a well-known Danish furniture factory based in Silkeborg during the 1950s and 1960s. It is known for mid-century Danish design, particularly wooden sideboards, chests of drawers, and tables made of teak and rosewood. Famous designers such as Poul Hundevad worked for Westergaard.
