Dutch vintage mid-century rosewood coffee table, designed by TopForm in the 1960s. A characterful and carefully crafted piece of furniture featuring many refined details, fitting the understated aesthetic of Dutch design from this period.
TopForm was a Dutch furniture manufacturer known primarily in the 1950s and 1960s for its high-quality, modern designs. The company collaborated with various designers and distinguished itself through solid craftsmanship, functional designs, and the use of high-quality woods. Today, TopForm furniture is appreciated for its timeless appearance and solid construction.
The coffee table is characterized by its slender lines and balanced proportions. The rosewood gives the coffee table a warm appearance. The combination with the glass and the fact that the piece rests on a chrome base makes it a very unique coffee table. As a result, the furniture blends effortlessly into both modern and vintage interiors.
The coffee table has been thoroughly cleaned and treated with a suitable oil, after which it has been polished again. The furniture is in very good condition with light signs of use, consistent with its age.
