Product description
This mid-century chair with a Scandinavian vibe is a true gem, yet it's pure Dutch craftsmanship, designed by the iconic Dutch manufacturer Mahjongg.
The elegant design features organically shaped teak combined with a mottled fabric. The shape of this chair is not only beautiful but also offers comfortable seating. The fabric is still in very good vintage condition, with a few minor stains but no damage, and the chair is very sturdy.
Mahjongg chairs are quite rare and difficult to find, especially in this excellent condition. The chair is unmarked, but given the design, it is likely the Monaco model. This design is attributed to the Danish designer Johannes Andersen, who also worked for Udem Möbelfabrik.
With its minimalist style and organic lines, this chair is a wonderful addition to your dining room, living room, bedroom, or office and fits into almost any contemporary or vintage-inspired interior.
