Exceptionally large vintage coffee table from the 1970s, crafted from beautiful warm burl wood combined with a graphic metal base in chrome and gold. The base is constructed from horizontal chrome profiles with gold-colored accents, giving the table its distinctly luxurious 1970s look. The large burl wood top features a beautiful natural grain and forms a lovely contrast with the sleek geometric frame. The combination of burl wood, chrome, and brass/gold-colored metal is strongly associated with the luxurious Italian furniture style of the 1970s and is also frequently seen in designs in the style of Willy Rizzo. The table is in good vintage condition. The gold-colored parts show localized wear and damage to the finish, as clearly shown in the photos. In my opinion, this hardly detracts from the appearance and suits the age of the furniture.
