Highly decorative standing lamp/chain lamp with metal chains in the brutalist mid-century style of Franz West, 1970s.
Franz West is considered one of the most important contemporary Austrian artists (1947-2012).
This unique chain lamp is handmade of welded iron chains with a beautiful hook detail in the center and painted in matte black.
Conveniently located with an on/off switch just below the light source.
In good, working condition.
This lamp stand can be used with or without a lampshade. Because it's a low model, it also fits easily on a side table, for example.
