Vintage three-arm candlestick in solid bronze, in the Brutalist style. Each arm is topped by a circular tray fitted with a candle-peg. The surface has a hammered finish with a coppery patina, typical of the craftsmanship of the 60s and 70s. Sculptural design evoking the work of German sculptor Michael Harjes. Under the base, original label: Kunsthaus Kopp, Saarbrücken (Germany) - art house founded in 1918 and ceasing operations in December 2023. Circa: 1960-1970 Dimensions: - Height: 16 cm (6.3 in) - Width: 19 cm (7.5 in) - Depth: 13 cm (5.1 in) - Weight: 0.7 kg Condition: Very good vintage condition.
