This vintage bonbonnière is a refined decorative piece, combining the transparency of glass with the elegance of a finely crafted pewter lid. Its timeless design is highlighted by the artistic motif adorning the lid, making it an object that is both functional and decorative. The body of the bonbonnière is made of glass, featuring a rounded shape and a subtly green-tinted base. The openwork lid is the centerpiece, made of 95% pewter as evidenced by the "95% L'ETAIN" hallmark. It is adorned with a naturalistic motif depicting a bird, probably a hummingbird, foraging among flowers, in a style reminiscent of Art Nouveau.
