Born in Bruges in 1986, Belgian designer Thomas Serruys is deeply fascinated by machinery, technique, and craftsmanship. In 2016, he established his atelier in the port of Ostend, where he works closely with an experienced blacksmith - a decade-long collaboration that has sharpened his ability to bring imagined forms to life. Serruys embraces the challenge of selecting the right materials for each project, ensuring a harmonious balance between concept and execution.
