Beautiful, unique, and rare sofa. Reupholstered with black upholstery fabric and sprayed with green lacquer. Unfortunately, there are some scratches visible on the green section due to a somewhat rough sanding method 😬

The Artifort Sandwich sofa (model 750) designed by Peter van der Ham in 1985. In 1985, Peter van der Ham exhibited a sofa in the dome of the Metz & Co department store in Amsterdam, for which he was seeking a manufacturer. The Artifort company showed interest in the design, in which the upholstered backrest is sandwiched between the lacquered armrests. A year later, this model was launched on the market under the name Sandwich. This sofa is from 1986.
